Each drug discovery and development program is like a unique, multidimensional jigsaw puzzle. To solve it, all the relevant pieces need to be first identified and then placed in a correct order. Such a complex process is prone to numerous challenges – scientific, infrastructural as well as managerial. To overcome the difficulties and ultimately solve the jigsaw puzzle, experts from various disciplines have to form a highly collaborative team which operates and cooperates at multiple levels – from science to business. The proper team work is the key to success!
