Krakow, Poland – June 10, 2021 – Deputy Prime Minister Jarosław Gowin and Deputy Minister Anna Kornecka visited Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. During their visit to Krakow, representatives of the Polish Government had the opportunity to see the new Ryvu’s headquarters – R&D Center for Innovative Drugs. One of the most modern buildings of this type in the country, at the heart of which is an array of laboratories incl. medicinal chemistry, biochemistry, cell & molecular biology, and analytical chemistry. The laboratory-office complex is made up of 6 floors with a total area of ca. 108,000 sq. ft., including over 86,000 sq. ft. usable area. The facility is able to accommodate up to approximately 300 employees. The investment in construction and equipping of the Centre has been co-financed by the Government of Poland and the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund. It is in line with the Strategy for Responsible Development adopted in February 2017 by the Polish government, which supports development projects in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries in Poland.
Deputy Prime Minister Jarosław Gowin and Deputy Minister Anna Kornecka had a chance to learn more about Ryvu, its research projects, and plans for future development, aimed at developing innovative therapies that address clinical limitations of current treatments in oncology.
