Recruitment process

When you decide to apply for any open position, you can expect the following steps of the recruitment process. Please note that it may vary between roles, but the main structure remains the same. If you need any assistance, please contact [email protected]

Application

The majority of our vacancies are current recruitment needs, therefore, applications should be submitted not more than three months before your availability date. Applicants with a Ph.D. degree are asked to include a publications list. Candidates for laboratory positions should include in their CV information about known laboratory techniques. Each application is reviewed by HR and assigned Hiring Manager with the highest degree of objectivity and confidentiality.

HR Initial Interview

The first invitation will be sent to you by a Recruiter who will conduct an HR discussion which lasts ap. 30 minutes. This chat aims to get to know your candidature better and to describe you more preciously the prospective workplace. The assigned recruiter will be your guide throughout the whole recruitment process. You will also be informed about the next recruitment steps; depending on the position, you may expect an Interview with Hiring Manager or Online Knowledge Test.

Skills Interview

A standard this is a final stage of the recruitment process when you will be able to meet with Hiring Manager. You may expect questions related to your scientific knowledge and previous career experiences. This discussion will last ap. 60 minutes. Depending on the position, a Hiring Manager may decide to include one more Skill Interview, and the details will be provided to you.
