HR Initial Interview
If your experience aligns with what we’re looking for, our Talent Acquisition team will reach out to schedule a 30-minute chat. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you and for you to learn more about Ryvu. We’ll discuss your experience, motivations, and share what life at Ryvu is like. Don’t hesitate to ask questions—our team is here to help you feel confident about the next steps!
Technical Interview
Next, you’ll meet with the team you might be working with. We’ll dive into your skills and knowledge, but also get to know you better as a person. We want to ensure you’re a great fit for the team, and that this role feels right for you too. Feel free to ask questions about the daily work, challenges, and what it’s like to be part of the Ryvu team.
Compability check
We believe in the values and culture we are creating. That’s why our final candidates will be invited for a final culture check to ensure we’re a good match for each other. We’ll ask you to share real-life examples of how you approach different work situations. This helps us understand your problem-solving style, teamwork abilities, and how you approach challenges.
Making an offer
