The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Krakow, Poland (“Company“) hereby informs that the Company received a notification prepared under Article 19.1 of MAR from Mrs. Justyna Żółtek – Member of the Management Board as from the person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company due to the implementation of a non-diluting incentive program about which the Company informed in the current reports No. 10/2021 of April 20th, 2021 and No. 14/2021 of May 17th, 2021. The notification is attached to this report.
