Exploring RVU120 in Single-Agent and Combination Therapy Settings

The POTAMI-61 study investigates RVU120 as a treatment for primary or secondary myelofibrosis, both as a standalone therapy and in combination with ruxolitinib (RUX). The study targets patients resistant to JAK inhibitors or those with suboptimal responses.

Key objectives include:

• Spleen volume reduction (SVR).
• Symptom improvement and reduction of bone marrow fibrosis.
• Assessment of RVU120’s disease-modification potential, including mutated allele burden reduction.

Initial results from Part A, with 20 patients, are expected in Q2 2025. Part B may expand the trial based on findings, with up to 230 patients across 50 global sites. RVU120 holds promise as a transformative therapeutic for myeloproliferative neoplasms.
